The year is almost ending and I think we can all agree that this year was definitely a roller coaster ride and a whirlwind of emotions.

There were a lot of unexpected twists and bumps. This year was not easy, so many worries, losses, and pain that tested every ounce of strength left in us but look at us — we are still here. Still hanging on.

I want you to congratulate yourself on that.

Yes, it was difficult (who am I kidding, it still is difficult) but you’re still standing, you’re still fighting — that is definitely something that you should be proud of.

Now, before we finally say goodbye to the year 2020, let’s take a moment to reflect on the lessons, the struggles that we faced head-on, the disappointments, the realizations, and of course, the accomplishments that we’ve had (Big and small)

And what better way to do it, than writing it in our journals.

Journaling is a great way to connect with ourselves on a deeper level.

I find that journaling is also a great tool in helping us heal — since it’s giving us a safe space where we can pour out all our feelings and just vent out.

And with everything that has happened this year, I think we all deserve some time to just vent out and pour out all our emotions.

To help you get started, here are 20 of my favorite Journal prompts for year-end self-reflection…
